Booty Building Plan
Our Booty Building Plan includes everything you need to get involved with hump day! We've provided you with FIVE different glute workouts as well as FIVE upper body workouts to compliment the booty you build. The plan will feature some key debates such as which exercises to go heavy and when to lighten the load! We look into how often you should train your glutes and how to effectively train them multiple times per week. If that’s not enough, we've provided a sample workout to take to to the gym!
